How It Works

A $50 deposit per ATV holds your spot; the balance is due on arrival.

Secure your tour or rental with a $50 online payment, and pay the remaining balance in cash only at the time of your tour or rental.
There is a $20 park admission fee per person

*Admission fee is completely separate from ATV rental fees.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental to receive a full refund. Deposits canceled within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Guided ATV Tours
Single rider (one rider only):
$100 per hour plus taxes and fees
$80 for each additional hour
Double rider (add-on for couples or kids with an adult):
$150 per hour plus taxes and fees
$130 for each additional hour
Only 16 years or older may drive an ATV or SXS with a valid ID. Kids 12 and under have free admission and ride free as a passenger with an adult. Choose “single rider” if the passenger is 12 or under.
SxS 4 Seaters
4-seater SxS (Side-by-Side) rentals are perfect if you want to explore the trails as a group instead of riding separate ATVs. These machines seat 2 to 4 passengers, making them a great choice for families, couples, or friends who want to stay together while enjoying the ride.
Side-by-Sides are easy to drive, stable on the trails, and built for comfort. You sit in real seats with seatbelts, a steering wheel, and plenty of room for passengers. If you want the off-road fun without straddling an ATV, this is the way to go.
DAMAGES
We require a $200 refundable deposit to cover any possible damages to the ATV. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the ATV/UTV provided that no damage has occurred and no accident has taken place. In the event of any accident, incident, or damage – including but not limited to collisions, scratches, impacts, rollovers , flooded with water or other damages – ATV RENTALS LLC shall retain the $200 deposit.

I had a GREAT time!! The process to rent the ATV was super easy! Everything was explained prior to having free use of it at the park. No guided tour was needed like others parks make you do which was a big plus. It was easy to use, and It was so much fun I’m definitely going to bring my friends next time so they can have the great experience I did. It was definitely worth it i’m so glad they are offering rentals at Unlimited Off Road Park now I think I found my new spot.

Read Before You Ride
Safety First: Basic Operation Rules
- Adults only operate ATVs/UTVs (must sign the Rental Agreement & Waiver).
- No reckless riding. Obey posted signs and speed limits.
- Ride your skill level. Don’t push beyond your limits.
- No towing other ATVs/UTVs/vehicles.
- Watch for trees, debris, drop-offs, and blind corners. Slow down and be careful.
- No racing or contests.
- No alcohol before or during your ride.
- Stay on designated trails. Do not ride into rivers or river beds (illegal in Texas and can lead to citations).
- Return on time to avoid late fees.
Need To Know FAQs
Do I need experience to ride?
No. Beginners are welcome. Choose a Guided Tour if you want extra help or confidence while you learn.
Can kids ride?
Kids 12 and under have free admission and may ride as a passenger with an adult. Choose Single Rider when booking if your passenger is 12 or under.
What if the weather’s bad?
We ride in normal Texas weather. Severe conditions may cause schedule changes. We’ll keep you posted and work to reschedule if needed.
Can I get a refund?
We have a No-Refund Policy on bookings. You can reschedule with 48-hour notice (subject to availability, $10 change fee).
What happens if I damage an ATV?
You’re responsible for damage and related costs. For free-will riding there’s a $200 refundable deposit; for guided tours a $100 refundable deposit applies. Some repair costs can run up to $7,500 depending on the damage.
